Yes. The 50 GEL fee is only for arrival and inspection, regardless of whether the service is performed.
3. When do I receive the final price for the job?
The master will give you the exact final price after inspecting the issue on-site.
4. Are parts or materials included in the service price?
No.
Parts and materials are separate costs and are discussed with you before purchase.
5. How do I pay?
You pay the master directly, only after the work is fully completed.
Accepted methods: cash or bank transfer.
6. What if the repair requires a replacement part?
The master will inform you in advance and suggest suitable options.
You decide whether to buy the part yourself or have the master bring it.
7. How quickly can a master arrive?
Arrival time is arranged directly between the customer and the master.
After you send the request, the master will contact you to agree on the most convenient time for both sides.
